What a joy it was to teach my own niece at the studio yesterday! Claire does not live in Baton Rouge so this was a wonderful day, passing on knowledge from one generation to the next!!

What a weekend! Brought my colleagues Michael King and Malcolm Muirhead of MKPILATES in to Baton Rouge and New Orleans for some Pilates workshops, starting at Yoglates on Perkins mat class, continuing on to my studio for private sessions and then the three of us taught a weekend at Oschner Fitness center for a teacher training course! Wonderful students and a great turnout!!
