This month’s Romance Book Club
is diving into a Romantasy selection,
and we will be discussing The Isle in the Silver Sea, by Tasha Suri. We will be meeting in the bookshop on Wednesday, May 27tb at 6:00 pm, and we hope to see you there!

Red Stick Reads is spreading some good news this Wednesday morning because we are announcing the WINNERS from our 2nd Annual Baton Rouge Book Crawl!!!! We had over 150 Book Passports that were turned in, and we are beyond grateful to everyone that came out to support all of us on Independent Bookstore Day!

A couple of weekends ago we celebrated Independent Bookstore Day with our 2nd Annual Baton Rouge Book Crawl, and although it is a bit belated, we cannot let the moment pass without a proper THANK YOU! It was an amazing weekend that would not have been possible without YOU….BR’s amazing bookish community!!! You came out in force to show love & support to Indie bookshops in the BR area and we are all so very grateful!

As a small token of our gratitude all four participating bookshops , , , and us at , are contributing prizes towards a Grand Prize drawing that will be taking place this coming weekend. This week we are in the process of collecting passports and anyone that visited all four bookshops, OR visited our bonus stop at the Recycled Reads sale, is entered into the drawings. We will be announcing the winners of our 2 giveaways this weekend.
