Congratulations to Victoria Rencher, a senior majoring in Mechanical Engineering from Monroe, LA who is interning for ExxonMobil in Spring, TX.

“Here at ExxonMobil, I have developed the role as a Digital Transformation Advisor with the Global Projects Data Foundations Team working with Issues Management. I have utilized software such as Power BI and Visio 59 to create visualizations on how to make the process of displaying issues within projects more efficient for users. I have expanded my network tremendously since being here by being a part of groups like the Black Employee Success Team (BEST) where I have met a lot of SU alumni!” 🌟
