When determining your eligibility for a home loan - there's several factors that play a major role.
1️⃣ Your income - Stable income is a must to purchase a new home. We will ask for proof of atleast 2 years of income.
2️⃣ Your debt - Being upfront about your debt situation is important but lenders have the tools and resources to find out ALL your debts on your credit report.
3️⃣ Employment history - Can you make consistent payments on your mortgage? We'll need to make sure you've worked a consistent job.
