Let us tell you about Traci…

This is a woman with a positive attitude and encouraging spirit. She consistently shows up, puts in the work, and brings an energy that makes our community stronger.

Over time, Traci’s dedication to her health and fitness has led to incredible progress. However, what makes her story even more special is the impact she’s had beyond herself.

By prioritizing her own health and leading by example, she inspired both her daughter and her son to join the gym. Today, they train alongside her here at RSHP, creating a powerful example of what can happen when healthy habits become a family affair. Seeing a parent and adult children support each other in the gym is something truly special, and it’s exactly the kind of community we strive to build.

Traci reminds us that fitness isn’t just about workouts, PRs, or physical changes. It’s about showing up consistently, creating positive habits, inspiring those around you, and investing in a healthier future for yourself and the people you love.

Thank you, Traci, for your hard work, positivity, and for choosing RSHP as your home for health and fitness. We are incredibly grateful to have you as part of our community.

Congratulations to our April Member of the Month, Nicole Williams!�
At RSHP, we believe the magic happens when consistency, attitude, and heart come together…and Nicole Williams embodies all of it.��She shows up with a smile and is the definition of hard work and progress. �She is coachable, pushes her limits, and encourages everyone around her. �Her growth has been incredible and it’s no surprise when you see her dedication.�
What makes Nicole more inspiring is that she is a crane operator in a male-dominate field who makes no excuses when it comes to prioritizing her health and fitness.
However, her most important job is being dedicated mom who knows the importance of making time for HER so she can show up as her best self for her children. �It is not uncommon to see her sitting in her car, still in her work uniform, and her child napping before walking into the gym.
She takes her health and wellness seriously, embraces challenges, and leads by example every single day all while her children watch.�That deserves some recognition!!!�
