This one was special. These two were referred to me by another client. Their previous realtor was not responsive and they missed out on a home they really loved. When they came to me a little over a month ago, they let me know they need to be in a place before Christmas 🎄 So we got straight to work!
We ran into a lot of problems (inspection issues, etc), but they pushed right through and they found a home they can start their family in! I was able to negotiate the seller to pay almost all of their closing costs plus give us a repair credit to fix some of the issues we found during inspection!
