The left side of the body is weaker than the right side. Stop treating both sides of your body equally.
They're more like siblings - similar, but with their own strengths and quirks. Training and therapy isn't about forcing symmetry, but respecting individuality.
Where have you noticed the most significant difference between the left and right sides of your body? Share in the comments below 👇
The Kinesics Training Certification offers a comprehensive matrix with three essential sections that work together seamlessly.
1- Foundation exercises (the rehab and physical therapy movements that build stability)
2- subconscious synchronized movements through cable-based training (our specialty!)
3- Incorporating traditional strength exercises we all know.
What makes this system unique is how it addresses all three planes of motion through the spine's transition zones, activating every movement system in your body. It's a complete approach to movement that bridges the gap between therapy and performance.

The postural pain cycle occurs through a five-step process:
Step 1: Postural imbalances stretch ligaments and soft tissues, creating a piezoelastic effect.
Step 2: Your postural muscles (the stabilizers) become inhibited and weak from disuse.
Step 3: Your body recruits mobility muscles to do stabilization work they were never designed for.
Step 4: Those overworked mobility muscles contract, limiting your range of motion.
Step 5: Mobility muscles spasm and generate pain, creating compensation patterns as your body tries to avoid discomfort.
All because of that slouched posture you're probably in right now!

Your body isn't a perfectly symmetrical machine
Natural asymmetry is your body's intelligent design. The real magic happens when you work WITH your unique blueprint, not against it.
What unexpected way has your body's natural design surprised you in your training and therapy journey? Share in the comments below 👇
When our stabilizer muscles (designed for posture) stop doing their job, our mobility muscles step in, creating a perfect storm for pain and dysfunction.
Your slouched posture could be forcing your body into upper crossed syndrome, weakening critical muscles and tightening others. This results in limited movement and persistent discomfort.
As training and therapy professionals, our mission is to help people break this cycle by restoring proper muscle function, balancing length and tension relationships, and improving posture from the ground up.
