Walls are going up and floors are coming out and our future home in downtown Baton Rouge is officially taking shape.
This summer, Nexus Louisiana will relocate to a new campus at 440 on Third Street, placing builders at the center of Louisiana’s growing tech economy. From these studs and concrete, we are building space for founders to collaborate, launch products and turn real problems into powerful solutions.
Follow along as we share more behind the scenes progress.
As Nexus Louisiana prepares to move to downtown Baton Rouge, we’re bringing you along for the journey.
We’ve launched a web series hosted by our President and CEO, , featuring the partners and leaders shaping Louisiana’s innovation economy.
Joining us for the first episode is Whitney Hoffman Sayal, AICP, Executive Director of the , to discuss why downtown, why now, and why this move matters.
Follow along as we take you inside the conversations, the momentum, and what’s next for Louisiana.
Next stop on the college campus tour: in Lake Charles.
We met with engineering students to talk about DevDays EdTech Challenge and how Nexus Louisiana turns our state’s most pressing problems into working technology and real solutions.
The tour keeps going. More campuses. More builders. More solutions built right here in Louisiana.
Build Your Ideas Here.
Louisiana’s education data is public. All of it.
Performance records. Workforce projections. School capacity. Financial data. It’s sitting in state databases right now, ready to drive real decisions for students across the state.
Nexus Louisiana President & CEO sat down with CEO Kara Maggiore to break down what that looks like in practice and what the right tool could make possible. Watch before you build.

Louisiana loses a football field of wetlands every 100 minutes. Over 400,000 aerial images documenting that loss sit largely unanalyzed.
Delta built a platform that connects students, scientists, and policymakers in one workflow. Students label aerial images. Machine learning processes the rest. ChronoMap tracks 14 years of coastal change. And when a site needs intervention, Co-Pilot generates a CPRA-ready restoration proposal in minutes.
From raw data to conservation action.
