About the Mission:

Lt. Christ proudly served in the United States Air Force as a B-29 bomber pilot in Korea. He did extensive research into submarine activity that occurred in the Gulf of Mexico during World War II, as well as being the founder of the Regional Military Museum in Houma, LA.

11:00 am - Assist United Veterans League with Memorial Service
11:30 am - Es**rt to Funeral Home and Prepare for Es**rt to Lake Charles, LA (approx. 182 miles).

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.

11:00 am - Prepare to Es**rt to Consolata Cemetery, approximately 6 miles
11:30 am - Secure from Mission

Memorial Day Ceremony
Remembering all Louisiana U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, and U.S. Merchant Marines who gave their all defending the USA.

About the Mission:

The Louisiana Patriot Guard Riders will be working with the Louisiana National Cemetery to honor our military heroes who gave their all protecting our freedoms.

May 25, 2026 -- 9:30 AM
Louisiana National Veterans Cemetery

Instructions:

9:30 AM: Stage to set flags and assist the National Cemetery as requested.

11:00 AM: Ceremony begins (A PGR member will be emcee (Dortha Cummins), doing the opening prayer (Sam Caruso), PGR members will be presenting wreaths as requested, and a PGR member will be performing TAPS (Rocky Bush). The PGR will assist as requested.

12:00 PM: Approximate time for the ceremony to end. Secure flags and mission.

NOTE: The weather forecast is calling for a high temperature of 82 degrees with a 80% chance of rain at this time.

Flags will be provided.
Large Bike Flags will not be needed.
Water will be provided.

Jason Elijah Triplett serve our Country with the United States Army with the 5th Infantry Division at Fort Polk La and receive the Rank of Specialist 4 . He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal / Good Conduct Medal (2) Award / Army Service Ribbon / Overseas Service Ribbon !

We will assemble at Miller Funeral Home ( 2932 Renwick St. Monroe LA. 71201 ) Friday 10:30 A.M. where we will sign a Louisiana Patriot Guard Riders Condolences Card and American Flag to be presented to the Family along with Veterans Angel Coin anoint with oil and pray over for a spirt of protection. We then will Saddle-up and Es**rt this Hero and Family to Northeast Veterans Cemetery in Rayville where the United States Army will present Military Honors ! This a Es**rt Mission only !
