Over the last 8 months, our team at Fathers On A Mission had the privilege of facilitating two 9-week Workforce Development Workshops at the Louisiana State Police Barracks. As part of those workshops, we also led a fatherhood session focused on the vital role fathers and father figures play in strengthening families and communities.

The impact reached far beyond the participants.
