If you are using med balls, water bags and plyo balls to teach kids 10-14 to throw harder you are an idiot. They need to learn how to throw properly which involves the act of throwing. Learn to throw accurately and how to long toss properly. All this other stuff is complete bs desingned to make parents believe this is what you do. Kids this age do not train like the pros.
You teach them base fundamentals. If you can’t do that I guess you resort to using gimmicks to try and impress people.

We are very proud of and happy for this guy. Since day one he has always been willing to do the work, stay humble and compete his ass off. Best is yet to come. Congrats Josh!
