APAWS wants to encourage you to donate just $5 (or more if you can) to help the animals we bring in to apaws care from all over the state of Louisiana. If every follower on our page donated just $5, we would have over $25,000! Imagine the amazing things we could do to help save so many lives. The shelters in our area are overflowing and we are receiving so many pleas to rescue. Two things hinder our ability to help animals in need- Funds & Foster Homes.

Today is National Kitten Day.

It is a special holiday dedicated to raising awareness for rescue pets, educating the public on spaying/neutering, and showering our feline friends with extra love, treats, and toys.

Please note- All of the cats in our program along with being spayed/neutered, having age appropriate core vaccines, wormed & microchipped will have also received feline leukemia vaccines and a triple snap test.
