I’m honored to have been selected as a member of the inaugural Leadership Louisiana Health Fellows class.

Throughout my career, from working in healthcare finance, to serving as Executive Director of HeartGift Louisiana, and now as a State Representative serving on the House Health & Welfare Committee, I’ve seen firsthand how important thoughtful, patient-centered healthcare policy is to the future of our state.

This fellowship is an incredible opportunity to learn from healthcare leaders across Louisiana, strengthen relationships, and gain new perspectives that will help shape better policy for patients, providers, and communities.

Louisiana has made meaningful progress, but there is still important work ahead to improve access, affordability, and outcomes. I’m grateful for this opportunity to continue learning and to better serve the people of our state.
