For over four years, I have had the privilege of training college students to go back and train high school students in soft skills through the Big Buddy Program right here in Baton Rouge.

That wasn’t theory.
That was presence.
That was investment.
That was leadership in action.

The communities Southern alumni serve are not transformed by structure alone.
