Leger Law Group, LLC is looking for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal!

Hours:

-Monday through Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm
-Friday: 8:30am-12:30pm

Responsibilities:

-Assist attorney with drafting and reviewing legal documents and
pleadings
-Communicate with clients on case matters
-Communicate with courts and other third parties to further cases
-File documents and land records with courts as needed
-Carefully record and store client information and ensure client
confidentiality
-Act as a witness and copy/prepare executed documents

Qualifications:

-2+ years experience as a legal assistant or paralegal (preferred)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must have good
phone manner
-Computer skills, including Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Professional demeanor
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Deadline and detail-oriented
-Experience with MyCase and/or WealthDocs preferred, but not
required
-Preference given to candidates with notary commission
