Jay Dardenne has enjoyed a distinguished blended career as an attorney and public servant. He is a seasoned practitioner and mediator with varied civil practice covering all areas of law, particularly governmental contracts, business disputes, personal injury, successions and family matters.

Jay has been mediating since 2008 with hiatus while serving as Commissioner of Administration (Louisiana's chief operating officer and budget architect).

Robert Dampf is a founding principal of Perry Dampf and was a member in the Lake Charles law firm of Stockwell, Sievert, Viccellio, Clements & Shaddock, LLP for 38 years. He has an expanded mediation practice having conducted over 5,000 mediations, primarily in Louisiana and Texas, but also in Virginia, Kentucky, Utah and Mississippi. He has been recognized as a premier mediator and an authority on alternative dispute resolution for over thirty (30) years.

Robert is a frequent seminar speaker on mediation and negotiation having conducted continuing education programs for lawyers and business groups in Louisiana, Missouri, Florida, California, Arizona, New York and Ireland. Mr. Dampf is a member of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators. He has served as a member of the LSU Board of Supervisors from 2018-2024 and Chairman of the University in 2020-2021.
