DOMESTIC TERRORISM AND HATE CRIMES — HOLDING A GUN AS HE MAKES OBSCENE GESTURES — An attempt to violate Freedom of Religion by trying to make people afraid to attend church. This is SCOTT SHERWIN making an obscene gesture toward members of the Life Tabernacle congregation as they were leaving church around 1:45 on the afternoon of August 10, 2025. According to Sister Shaye Spell, Sherwin has done this over 1000 times since March 2020. This time was different because Sherwin appeared to be holding a gun in his right hand. Rev. Tony Spell, Sister Shaye, and members of their congregation say they have filed many police reports but so far nothing has been done. Sherwin lives directly across Hooper Road from the church. His home was used by law enforcement throughout Covid and for years afterwards to monitor the comings and goings of everyone attending Life Tabernacle Church. A large screen in his home was connected to numerous law enforcement cameras along Hooper and Blackwater for over 1/4 mile, including one camera aimed at the Spells’ bedroom. The Sherwins often fly the flag of Belarus, a Communist country where Mrs. Sherwin originated. Report by Woody Jenkins of Central City News
