So I received some text message today on the plant-based tacos. I’m so excited that you guys are enjoying them.  i’m on day 16 other plant-based eating and all is good. My strength really hasn’t changed for the good or bad no notice on lack of energy. The positive is that I feel very full all day and I’ve lost almost a inch and a half in my waist. The negative is trying to be creative Each day is a challenge. But lucky for me I could eat the same thing every day and it really doesn’t bother me.
