Queso Mama

Chicken Nacho Dip
1 lb cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
12 oz Queso Mama, any variety
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar
14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
15 oz can black beans, drained
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Stir until incorporated. Pour into a 9x9 baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Can also make this in a slow cooker if desired. Cook on high for 1-2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips and it's also delicious poured over rice.
