St. George School

With heavy hearts, we reflect on the beautiful Funeral Mass and celebration of life held today at St. George Catholic Church for our beloved St. George family member, Toni Richard, who has been called to her eternal rest.

Toni’s love for St. George ran deep. She spent the first 20 years of her teaching career at the very school where she once sat as a student, dedicating her life to shaping young hearts and minds. Her impact extended far beyond the classroom through her years of service as Cheerleading Moderator and Athletic Director, where she inspired generations of students with her leadership, faith, and unwavering commitment to our community.

In 1996, Toni was honored as the Inaugural Distinguished Graduate of St. George Catholic School, a fitting recognition for someone whose life so beautifully embodied the mission and values of our school and parish.

Today’s Mass was a beautiful testament to a life well lived, a life of faith, service, and love. As we gathered in prayer, we were reminded of the countless ways Toni touched the lives of students, families, faculty, and friends throughout the years.

While our hearts grieve her loss, we are grateful for the extraordinary legacy she leaves behind. Toni will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever woven into the fabric of the St. George community.
