CEC joins more than 375 national and local disability, civil rights, and education organizations in sounding the alarm over the sweeping layoffs at the Department of Education. These cuts target critical agencies—OSEP, RSA, OCR, and OESE—and threaten decades of progress protecting the rights of students with disabilities.
