• Small batch, unfiltered wheated bourbon

🥃 What to expect:
A softer, rounder profile driven by winter wheat, with notes often described as ripe peach, caramel, cinnamon, sticky toffee, pastry sweetness, and hazelnut.

This one’s getting early attention as an easy-drinking wheated bourbon — a different direction from Blue Note’s usual rye-forward style.
