Congratulations to our 2026 Summer Interns, Mason (Liberty Magnet High School) and Liam (Tara High School), on successfully completing their internship with Neighbors Federal Credit Union through the East Baton Rouge Parish School System Summer Internship Program! 👏

This summer, they explored departments across the credit union and wrapped up their experience by presenting "The Life Cycle of a Member," showcasing how every team works together to create an exceptional member experience.

If you're having trouble accessing the upgraded app, try these quick fixes:

✔ Make sure you have the latest version of the Neighbors FCU app installed.
✔ If you don't see the update, delete the app and download it again from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
✔ iPhone users: Go to Settings > Apps > App Store and turn on App Updates to receive the latest version automatically.
✔ Log in using your current username.
✔ The first time you sign in, you'll be prompted to create a new password. You can reuse your previous password if you'd like.

➡️ Zelle® becomes unavailable July 13th at 12:00 a.m. Complete any time sensitive transfers before then.

Also remember:
📌 July 12th at 5:30 p.m. Last opportunity to complete internal scheduled transfers in Online Banking. One time immediate transfers will be available until July 13th.
📌 July 13th at 12:00 a.m. Online Banking moves to view only mode until launch.
📌 July 13th at 8 p.m. The Neighbors FCU mobile app will become temporarily unavailable.
