St. Christopher's Addiction Wellness Center

The Wellness Program at St. Christopher’s reflects what’s possible when recovery is approached holistically.

Led by Travis Weisbrod, MS, EP-C, CSCS, a St. Christopher’s alumnus with 14 years of sobriety, the program integrates physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and self-care into daily treatment.

Travis’s work is grounded in both science and lived experience, helping clients move beyond simply staying sober and toward building balanced, resilient lives they want to protect.
