After months of shopping, they found this gem just waiting to be loved.
There's always a twist to a good story, and this one was no exception. While he was off perfecting his real-life superhero skills, she was busy exercising her signing hand. Having to do double-signing duty is not for the weak, lol! She handled it like an absolute champ.
Through every showing, every question, and every decision, they stayed focused on the goal. A little over a week ago, they officially became homeowners, and I couldn't have been happier to celebrate alongside them.
I'm especially grateful for the trust placed in me through an agent referral. Being asked to step in and help clients who had already spent time searching for the right home is something I never take lightly. It was an honor to be part of the final chapter of their home search and to help bring it all together.
