Comfort Advisors are responsible for the promotion and sales of our HVAC systems and related components. Central Works provides sales leads to the Comfort Advisor. Comfort Advisors operate independently in the field, conducting in-home sales presentations and selling our products. A Comfort Advisor’s compensation is 100% commission based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Have a complete understanding of the HVAC products we offer. We will provide the basic training necessary. Any Comfort Advisor candidate must pass a technical knowledge test prior to being given the opportunity to sell.
Prepare and present home energy improvement proposals to homeowner’s in-person at their home.
Selling HVAC products and meeting established company standards and sales expectations.
Understand and capably present financing options that are offered by approved financing companies.
Understanding the salesperson guidelines and practices as explained in the department “Sales Plan” document.
Actively follow-up on all sales leads and customer requests.
Provide excellent customer service (the WOW factor). Our salespeople own the job from the sales presentation through the installation of the equipment including any follow-up visits.
Comfort Advisors run a blend of marketed leads, tech turn leads and training visits.
Able to work a flexible schedule, which includes days and evenings during the weekdays and may include some weekends.
Able to work individually and as part of a team to ensure superior customer satisfaction and positive working environment.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years proven sales experience required
Excellent communications skills
Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service
Some college or technical school education preferred.
Must pass pre-employment screenings, including physical, motor vehicle record, background check
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects 10 -20 lbs
Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Commission based: $70,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year

Schedule: 7days a week

Pay: Commission Pay Only
