She went back to her hometown and showed out like Joe Burrow.

I’m not sure what’s more impressive the 1:44 improvement on her marathon time or the top 5 finish at a big marathon. But either way she’s a stud.

Flying Pig is pretty tough early on, so we had a plan to be conservative through the first 11 miles and then try to run as many 6:40 or better miles to the finish.

Just a reminder, Boston is not easy. Lincoln is just that good.

In 2025 he ran 2:59:06 at Boston, in 2026 he ran 2:52:58. 6 minutes faster, another BQ on the Boston course.

The definition of hard work meets planning and seeing positive results. Oh and nice looking kit!

The plan all along was to go back to Boston and make some good memories. A little foot flare up made it more important to take it easy. When you’re Gordon your easy is a 3:04 marathon. Spreading joy, high fives, and a few kisses along the way. He had himself quite the enjoyable day.

Tobia was on an absolute heater this spring.

4 races, PR every single time.

His latest race was a personal best at the Fiesta 10k. He plans to take a step back as he moves into his greatest race, being a dad.

That sub 25 feeling! We had a goal this spring to get back to prior fitness. Kim swung at a few 5k’s and came up short of her goal, so we went back to training and she executed the plan on race day. Proud of you

Singlets and crops came in today. Excited to see all the Rising Tide Athletes repping the new kit. Just in time for Boston too!

When it comes to coaching, a lot of it boils down to the trust of an athlete and the coach. When said he got a spot on the line for Tokyo, we were pumped for him. On the heels of a marathon weeks ago, we didn’t feel it was the right timing to send it. So, Josh trusted me with a plan to turn Tokyo into a workout.

These two women have come back from a couple of setbacks, but I think it’s fair to say that they are officially back!

finished 2nd OA female and first masters at this past weekend’s I Pink I Can Run.

Her teammate ran a smart controlled race and moved up as she eventually couldn’t see any more women in front of her for 1st place overall.
