This summer, Level-UP! Scholars completed professional development projects designed to help them think intentionally about their future. They reflected on their education, experiences, accomplishments, certifications, and career goals while creating professional biographies that tell the story of who they are—and who they aspire to become.

Learning to recognize your own strengths and communicate your goals is an important step toward future success, and experiences like these help scholars build confidence as they prepare for life beyond high school.

This summer, Level-UP! Scholars Aniyah and Adalyn are gaining valuable workforce experience as Circle Mentors in Big Buddy's Elementary Summer Enrichment Program at Progress Elementary. In these paid positions, they're building leadership, communication, and professional skills while supporting younger students and making a meaningful impact each day.
