We are looking to hire a manager for our Multifamily Division. This position serves as the point person for the group’s tasks to keep them on track. Currently a part time position compensated with base salary plus potential bonus. Starting rate in high $30,000s.
I. Primary Responsibilities
A. Refer to business plan regularly and guide us to execute.
B. Research database options and see which one is best suited for us. Thoroughly update and ensure we are utilizing the database and its features.
C. Produce our marketing packages per high industry standard while minimizing the time producers spend on them.
D. Help us speak with authority on the industry by researching the following:
1. Current and comprehensive market information relating to the multifamily market place.
2. Ensures we have current contact info for: Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, Appraisers, Attorneys, and Property Managers
3. Assign us to establish or deepen relationships with contacts listed above.
4. Ensures we are current on operational trends in the industry. Recent examples would be: revenue management systems, student housing development, and the conversion to LED lighting.
E. Assign members to the appropriate tasks for a given project. Tell us who should do what and by what deadline.
F. Market our listings and build upon our branding.
G. Referee conflict among members.
II. Qualities and Qualifications.
A. Confident, assertive, creative, commands respect, a natural leader, self motivated.
B. The ability to write well and prepare presentation graphics/charts.
C. Savvy with the web, social media and marketing on multiple platforms.
D. Organized and really good with database/CRM development and management.
E. Ideally would have a background in income producing real estate, finance, campaign management.
F. Is very adept with Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher and cash flow analyses.
G. Must honor our confidentiality standards.
H. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
III. Compensation.
A. We can offer flex time. Will probably need to spend about 50% of the time at the office while the other half can be spent offsite. Must exercise discipline to get the tasks done on time while enjoying a flexible schedule.
B. Part time position. Will require more time on the front end to get a handle on how we operate and improve inefficiencies. Then the time requirements may lessen once we get more organized. Would think no more than 32 hours a week, overall.
C. Base salary plus bonus available starting in high $30,000s. Include salary request when submitting resume.
