• As you celebrate Valentine’s Day, honor both love and health by choosing protection.
• Condoms come in many sizes, materials, and styles — find what’s comfortable and effective for you and your partner(s).

• Regular STI/STD testing helps you understand your sexual health status.
• Early detection leads to early treatment when needed.

HIV stigma refers to the irrational or negative attitudes, behaviors, and judgments directed toward people living with or affected by HIV — often leading to serious impacts on mental health. Together, we can help end HIV stigma by choosing our words carefully, showing empathy, and promoting understanding. A more intentional and proactive conversation starts with us.
