8:15 Power yoga with Janene

9:45 All levels class with Terri

EESystem sessions begin from 1:30-4:30.
1st session begins at 1:30 & can extend by the hour.

Please leave a voicemail if you want to schedule a time.
Sessions are confirmed in the order they are received.
If this is your 1st session at our center, please arrive 15 mins early.

It’s that time of year again!
Louisiana Marathon will be running through downtown & mid city.
Some of our regular travel routes will be closed.
Saturday classes at 8:15 & 9:45 will be held.
It may be a challenge but you can make it to class.
Both teachers will be walking to class.

All classes are cancelled Wednesday as Francine passes around us!
We will reopen when all is clear and it is safe to return to our regular schedule.

EESystem will be shut down tonight. And will take 3 days to bring it up and ready for full power.
