Season To Taste

Try this delicious Mediterranean-inspired salad featuring our newest Southern Hemisphere arrival from Peru!
For the Salad:

• 2 Romaine lettuce hearts, chopped fine
• 1/4 cup Mantova mixed olives
• 1/4 cup sliced grape tomatoes
• 1/4 cup diced cucumber
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Dressing: • 1/2 cup Cortina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup Ultra Premium Rosé Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 teaspoon brown mustard
• 1 teaspoon Lele’s Tuscan Herb Sea Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Simply add all dressing ingredients to your favorite jar and shake well—or, for best results, use an immersion blender to emulsify. Toss with the salad ingredients and enjoy!
