🎉 Fair season reminder for parents! Your kids are watching how you handle wins and losses. Celebrate effort just as much as ribbons. Model grace when things don't go as planned, and cheer for other families too. Your animal worked hard too - acknowledge that partnership!

As we all enjoy fair season, remember to help out newer participants when you can. We all started somewhere!

Keep barn areas clean and safe for everyone. Congratulate others sincerely and offer encouragement during tough moments. Fair community is built on kindness!

💥 Showmanship is the single most important thing a kid can do when Showing livestock. It teaches Resilience, communication, patience, discipline, confidence, adaptability, focus, grit, sportsmanship, accountability, and so much more. Less than 1% of kids will continue showing livestock through their adult lives, But over 99% will have Learned at least one Valuable life skill to help them become successful adults. Never underestimate " Just a county fair ", " Just a livestock show "... It cultivates the men and women who feed the world. Agriculture is involved in everything, don't ever forget that.

Hey young showpeople!

As you prepare for your county fair, remember your animal is your teammate, not just a project. Be patient and kind, especially when they're nervous. Congratulate your fellow competitors - they worked hard too! Listen to judges' feedback and thank everyone who helped you along the way.
