High volume locksmith service provider is looking to add 1-2 dispatchers to its growing team!
Effective communication skills and customer service skills are a must.
Previous dispatch experience is required.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Team player with ability to motivate others.
Ability to deal with conflict resolution.
Job description (a few highlights) :
1) Understanding and maximizing the efficiency of your team of drivers.
2) Knowing the whereabouts of all of your drivers.
3) Following up and keeping all customers informed of the whereabouts of the driver that are waiting for service.
