Lymphatic massage is a slow, intentional, and highly specialized technique designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system. Unlike traditional massage, the pressure is gentle and rhythmic, encouraging the natural movement of lymph fluid throughout the body.

When your body is in fight-or-flight mode, your nervous system is constantly in defense. This can contribute to fluid retention, swelling, and inflammation. At the beginning and end of each session, my clients step onto the whole-body vibration plate. This helps stimulate circulation, activate lymph flow, and enhance overall results.
