Rel Salgado is a seasoned tattoo artist with nearly 20 years of experience in the craft. He has been working at Honorable Ink for the past two years, and he has been the perfect addition to the team. Rel is known for his versatility and ability to tattoo in any style—from bold traditional to fine-line realism. With a deep passion for the art form, he also offers a wide selection of custom flash designs ready to go for walk-ins and appointments alike.
