Senior Graphic Designer Position at Albanese Cormier Holdings

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department who will be in charge of leading our company's marketing design efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for executing initiatives set forth for the company, overseeing respective social media channels for the company and its portfolio, writing and distributing press releases, coordinating marketing efforts, and communicating the marketing plans to those involved. You will also be working closely with our leasing department to support their leasing objectives. Finally, you will be in charge of organizing company involvement initiatives, trade shows, and other events.

To be considered for this position, you will need a bachelor's degree or 3 years equivalent experience in graphic design, marketing, communications or similar field. Very strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing design efforts from start to finish Competitor research Maintenance of website and all social media channels Developing monthly company involvement activities Maintaining correct and up-to-date portfolio information Work closely with management to execute an annual report Building brand awareness Supporting leasing and lead generation efforts Providing support to executives in their acquisition and disposition efforts Oversee trade show and networking efforts and all that entails

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field or 3 years minimum experience in related field.

Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask Attention to detail Professional and proactive work ethic Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
