Patient scheduler skilled in customer service is needed.

VERY busy medical office looking to fill non-clinical office position. Must have a positive and professional attitude, work well with a team and be friendly with the public both in person AND over the phone. This position’s MAIN focus will be scheduling, but could also include intake, gathering information for insurance verification and so much more. Proper friendly phone etiquette is a MUST as this position will spend 3/4 of time on the phone with patients and doctors’ offices. Medical office experience is a HUGE plus, however all necessary training will be provided. This is a FULL-TIME position with benefits, Monday-Friday days with no nights or weekends expected.
