Day 1 in San Raymundo, Guatemala is in the books! 🇬🇹🔨

Today our team laid the foundation of a home that will soon belong to a wonderful family. It was amazing to watch everyone come together with servant hearts, ready to work hard, encourage one another, and have a lot of fun along the way.

No one complained. No one stood on the sidelines. Everyone found a way to serve. The teamwork, joy, and purpose on display today were incredible.

Just as we poured the foundation for a new home, we're reminded that God is always at work building something even greater—hope, relationships, and lives rooted in His love.

At Praise Church, our vision is "In Southeast Texas as it is in Heaven." This week, we're living that vision by carrying the love of Jesus beyond our community and into Guatemala. Heaven looks like people serving one another with humility, generosity, and love—and today, our team gave a beautiful glimpse of that.

We're excited to see what tomorrow brings. Thank you to everyone who has been praying for our team and the family we're honored to serve. ❤️
