Job description:

WE EXPECT:

Complete all duties as assigned by Management.

•Complete On-line Flagger training course.
•Oversee the inspection of production equipment and safety materials.
•Assure that all SAFETY SIGN stands and signs are placed properly for the work.
•Place materials in a safe and productive manner while adhering to all customer specs.
•Assist in loading and unloading trailers, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma and or GED, preferred.'

UNDERGROUND EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

WE EXPECT:

Complete all duties as assigned by Management.

The Equipment Operator will safely and effectively run a variety of equipment used for the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground telecommunications utilities.

Essential Tasks:

Safely operate trenching or digging equipment on various jobsites: Trencher/Plow, Excavator, Skid Steer, Directional Drilling Machine.

•Install and maintain underground fiber optic and other telecommunications cabling service lines.
•Restore and/or landscape disturbed areas of the jobsite.
•Dig pits, trenches and potholes as directed by job plan including when crossing utilities either by hand and or by use of appropriate mechanical tools.
•Site set-up and clean-up.
•Load and unload tools, materials and equipment.
•Set up safety perimeter using signage, cones and safety barriers (may include traffic direction).
•Performs all other related duties as assigned by management*
