Emerio Design, LLC is a proud sponsor of Team 19439 Disconnect from Beaverton’s ACMA (Arts & Communication Magnet Academy).

They have been competing in the STEAM Education events throughout the year as part of the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC), a program designed for 7th-12th grade. Some of their highlights include having 10 wins and 0 losses in their league competitions and setting an Oregon state record for points!

The FTC team meets several times a week but also invites non-team members to Robotics Club on the first Wednesday of every month. Students can learn about STEM and robotics from the team without having to make the commitment of being on a competitive team.

As a subconsultant to Environmental Science Associates, Emerio Design, LLC is providing civil engineering and surveying services for the development of this new Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District 2-acre park located in Washington County, Oregon. For more than 80 years, the site was a private residence with various natural features and beautiful mature trees.

Emerio Design, LLC provided design and permitting for public right of way improvements, design of a new cul-de-sac with stormwater LIDA facilities, enhanced pedestrian crossings, sidewalk improvements, and storm sewer management for the addition of the cul-de-sac. Shout out to Nicholas Rhodes and Kamm Fowler for their significant contributions!

In addition, Emerio Design, LLC's survey team performed topographic and boundary survey for design, tree survey, and utility locates that is now supporting the work of Emerio Design’s civil engineering team. The future park will feature a multipurpose court, two covered picnic areas, paved and soft-surface paths, open lawn areas surrounded by trees and natural plantings, and multiple play areas including a water play feature.

Eric Evans has rejoined Emerio Design, LLC!

With 25 years of engineering and land development experience, Eric is re-joining the Emerio team as a Senior Project Manager. He will be supporting our private development team and land use planning team.

Uniquely suited for all aspects of utility work and site development including project bidding, design, construction management, and cost management, Eric looks forward to re-connecting with longtime clients and helping the Emerio Design, LLC team continue to expand their portfolio.
