As I sit in the middle of my new home meditating, I am overwhelmed by the blessings that have come into my life. I am so grateful not only for the blessing of this house, but for the blessing of having a warm and safe place to live. My life is filled with abundance and for that I am truly grateful.

Sometimes we are blessed with the opportunity to see our deepest beliefs. When this happens allow yourself this exquisite gift, set your fears aside and jump in with both feet. To discover why you behave the way you do is truly eye opening and surprising. Even more surprising is to discover that you have excepted someone else's beliefs as your own. Finding that you passed those beliefs to your children with out even realizing it, takes your breath away.
But in the willingness to look deep inside yourself, you illuminate the truth and it allows you the amazing opportunity to clear out this toxic waste and replace it with your truth, love and enlightenment. That my friends changes your life in a most profound and beautiful way.
