Our new series, 'FULL BODY STRETCH' starts Thursday, February 10th at 6:30pm. It's a one hour/4 class series running consecutive weeks. You can reserve a spot for the whole series ($100), or attend individual classes ($25).

SCHEDULE:
DAY 1 - Abductors, hip flexors, hamstrings.
DAY 2 - Quads, feet/toes, calves, back, shoulder girdles, hips.
DAY 3 - Forearms/wrists, spine, IT band, glutes, hip rotators.
DAY 4 - Upper arms, chest, neck.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each class will start with a few minutes of warm up because, stretching cold es no bueno! We will be integrating multiple stretching techniques such as:
STATIC - Holding end range position.
DYNAMIC - Stretching with movement.
PNF - Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.
FASCIAL - Light extended hold.
You can expect to walk away with a better kinesthetic understanding of how to stretch your body.

Congratulations to Trudi!!! She has completed both initial gongs (Balance, Healthy Living), and is moving on to learning the Wild Goose style. This authentic, ancient Chinese practice dates back almost two millenniums. I am very excited for Trudi, it has been a True blessing to witness her progression. 😊🙏
