You Are Uniquely MADE LLC.
Coaching You To Make A Difference Every Time. "Your journey to healing and restoration starts with "YOU"
Today’s inspiration:
Become the change, be the change and live the change. Whatever the challenges of life you are facing, you have the control to change “that” situation and know that a bit of stress is good, as long as it is manageable and controllable. Rise and become a person of change.

Words of inspiration:
Let today matter in whatever you choose to do, filled with positivity. Let today be the day of change, and let tomorrow take care of itself. While many are experiencing anxiety and depression, take a moment to breathe and reflect on positive things, and set aside negativity.
You can do it! Meditate, journal, take a walk, do yoga, or do anything to be invigorated. Begin to reframe and restructure the thoughts of your life to become the person you dreamed of by focusing on changing that perception by strengthening you. Love who you are today, celebrate the small wins, and step into a future filled with positivity.
“Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results.

We are in a new year with fresh ideas to set out on a path to a “new” you. Sometimes we can be caught up in the circumstances of life and don’t know how to get out of stressful situations. Start with being attuned to learning who you are. Redirection, reframing, and restructuring your life are all you need for that fresh start. Think positive thoughts, dismissing negative thoughts and be masterful in what you do. Be positive.

Shifting Beyond the Pain.
Losing someone you love is hard to process. Whether it's a soul mate, a friend, a child, or a sibling, it’s hard to process the loss. The pain we experience can be hard and difficult to overcome, but you will get through it.
There are five stages of grief:
Denial - pretending the loss didn't happen or trying to absorb to understand what happened.
Anger - Adjusting through an extreme set of emotions.
Bargaining - Avoidance or accepting through minimizing the pain through other measures.
Depression - Sadness grows through the ups and downs of emotions.
Acceptance - Accepting the loss and not resisting the reality of the situation.
At the moment, I am in denial. Until I go through the Stages of Grief, I realize that we all have a timetable as to when we get to the ‘Acceptance’ stage. Focus on being holistically well and invest in self-care when you feel alone. Friend, you will survive.
