With over 20 years of experience in refractive surgery co-management, medical optometry, and advanced diagnostics, Dr. Kerri Svanda, OD, brings an unparalleled depth of expertise to Bellevue Precision Vision. Having worked in leading ophthalmology and LASIK centers across the Pacific Northwest, she specializes in pre- and post-operative care for LASIK, PRK, SMILE, refractive lens exchange, ICL, and cataract surgery.

Founded by Dr. Rostov, a cornea, cataract, and refractive surgeon serving the Seattle and Bellevue communities, our practice is built on innovation, mentorship, and global impact.

Dr. Rostov has been at the forefront of ophthalmology — from participating in early multicenter clinical laser trials to becoming the first in the Pacific Northwest to perform SMILE and SMILE Pro. She has also helped introduce advanced corneal laser techniques internationally.

Her work extends far beyond the operating room. Through her leadership roles in global health including the Cureblindness Project, she has helped build sustainable surgical training and eye bank programs around the world, mentoring over 100 international surgeons along the way.

When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll likely find her training for an endurance event, traveling, practicing yoga, cooking, or spending time with family.
