Helping women trust themselves, lead with clarity, and reconnect with their feminine power.

Most of the people who find me are already deeply self-aware.

They understand their patterns, their triggers, their history.

And yet—
in certain moments…

feedback, tension, difficult conversations—
their body still reacts.

That sharp shift.

The stomach drop.

Because these reactions don’t live in the mind.

They live in the body.

Insight alone doesn’t create steadiness.

Steadiness is a skill.

And it gets built through practice.

I created a free guide for the moment your stomach drops—
and how to begin responding differently.

You can download it in my bio or you can DM “STEADY” and I’ll send it to you.

That moment when your stomach drops after feedback or tension?

Many people immediately assume something is wrong with them.

But that reaction is often your nervous system responding to perceived risk in connection.

And the mind quickly fills in the blanks.

Did I say something wrong?
Did I upset them?

That’s the assumption trap.

I created a free guide for this exact moment — when your body reacts and your mind starts spiraling.

You can download it in my bio.

There was a time when awareness wasn’t my issue.

I could see my people-pleasing.

My disappearing boundaries.

The moments I froze instead of speaking.

I knew what I didn’t want anymore —

I just didn’t know how to do something different.

That’s when I learned:

Awareness shows you what’s happening.

Practice is what gives you a new response.

I share the full story — and how this changed everything — in my latest blog.

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about how creativity actually comes back online.

Not through pushing.
Not through “trying harder.”

But through slowing down enough to feel safe in your body again.

Making this candle at a candle-making + yoga workshop was simple. Melt. Pour. Wait.

And in that simplicity, something softened.

When we don’t feel rushed, judged, or braced… something in us starts to breathe again.

This feels like the basics.
And honestly? Everything meaningful grows from here.

Grateful for the space and care that made this possible 🤍
