We are looking for a dedicated part time customer success manager to help us maximize our advertising efforts by scheduling leads for medical aesthetics appointments

Our Ideal Candidate:

Responsibilities:
-Work with our marketing team to schedule leads generated from advertising efforts
-Create patient medical charts
-Bill customers through online merchant processors
-Answering phones in a professional, friendly manner
-Learn EMR
-Learn all procedures/treatments offered in office to assist patients with any questions, concerns, etc
