:/ Ever have those dream clients that you love helping but then you're sorta sad it didn't take longer to find them a home because they're super nice people and you all have a good time touring together and you're excited for them that you helped them find exactly what they wanted but secretly bummed that since you're good at your job and now that the transaction is closed you're not going to talk to them as much unless you have a stalker level follow-up plan in place...? Ya, that's what these guys are :/

This kid is a crack-up. Yes he's a kid, just turned 27, some software guru with an infectious personality - I just love hanging out with him. Good thing too cause this new construction home in Redmond won't be done for 6 months so we'll get plenty of chances!

Happy Father's Day!! Some dads get socks, some get ties, this dad got an awesome 1912 Craftsman home in a great location. Big plans in the works for this home, can't wait to see how it turns out 👍
