🍷 Winemaker Dinner! An exceptional evening of food and wine awaits on Monday, June 8 at Bis on Main. Chef Bobby Moore and Winemaker Jean-François Pellet have come together to create a unique and elevated multi-course dinner, thoughtfully paired with wines from Amavi Cellars and Pepper Bridge Winery.
This culinary and wine collaboration will highlight the bounty of the season, as Chef Bobby and Jean-François guide guests through each course-sharing insight, stories, and a glass along the way.
The evening begins at 6:00 PM with passed appetizers and a welcome glass of wine, followed by a seated, multi-course dinner designed to showcase each pairing.
