My conditioning this prep is ridiculous. Never have I ever been this vascular, it blows my mind how dialed down to a science this has been🤯. For those that know me, I looove me some science 🤓

This is about to be the best physique I’ve ever brought to the stage. I’m so PUMPED!

I purposely did powerlifting first with the intent to build the foundation and then chisel it down for the physique stage.

I’m hyped for this show, but truly what I’m excited for most is the growth that is waiting to be had in 2024, after this comp. Powerlifting and Men’s Physique is my new jam.
